simply pull out the plastic lug if like me you need one with a hole, works perfectly
£4 at time of review This worked perfectly, has a small plastic lug that can be removed to reveal the hole (that was required for my valve. swapped this over for the one I had and it works perfectly, no more leaks Hope my review was helpful

Works perfectly after the 4th or 5th time I tried installing/adjusting it.
Works perfectly. if it doesn't work the FIRST TIME, then remove it and reinstall… After a few attempts it works perfectly.

Good product, only three stars because of poor packaging, central pin was bent but managed to straighten.

Cured hugely loud hammering
Second time I've bought this very item and both times it arrived quickly and was simple to fix. Cured the hugely loud and annoying hammering problem with the loo that would have woken the dead each time it flushed. A lot cheaper than calling out a plumber and simple to fit.

I am not a plumber but this product is good quality and good price, only the package let me think if I ever get one more from Amazon Uk ! Only I a envelope and anyone could have stepped on it ! This thing needed a box, (not so big, lol) like a Juwelier box, go to any shop like that, the give them for free if you need to store them for later use !
