1st off, I am a chocolate snob! I've worked over 10 years in a chocolate shop where we use only high quality chocolate. I have become very picky about chocolate. I wanted some melting wafers for home use so I wouldn't have to worry about tempering at home. I just received these and so I had to try one. They're actually very good!! I was pleasantly surprised! I'll be using them for Dubai chocolate and cannabis chocolates.

I have ordered this product several times. Excellent flavor, color, meltability.Ised it to make peanut clusters. I appreciated the.use of a box for packaging and the Amazon deliverer’s leaving it in the shade on my porch. Once before , my order was left in a mailer in the sun on my porch. It melted and was ruined.

Second time I have ordered this brand and both times it came melted. And not melted at or after delivery, but definitely before and re-hardened. White the first time and green this last time. When melted, it dries with a chalky texture. Unfortunately I will not buy this brand again.

I got these for making covered strawberries. They melt easy and harden fast. I added a spoon of coconut oil to melt it. Easy to use. Pretty think chokolate.

Maybe the chocolate needs to be in an ice pack because thank goodness I was outside when the delivery came because it started to melt and would have been a disaster if I didn't bring it inside. The chocolate was good but it's not quite the dark chocolate I'm used to. It seems more sweeter than normal dark chocolate. I used it to create the Dubai chocolate and I ended up adding dark chocolate chips from another brand to make the chips taste a little close to what I'm used to. Which came out perfect.

Added just a dab of crisco shortening and melted in microwave. Just like the chips make all the difference in the taste so does the chocolate. Highly recommend
