This bike is exactly what it says it is. It’s easy to learn how to ride even if you’re over 60 which I am. It was easy to put together and enjoyable to ride.

I purchased the City Stroller. It was so easy to put together. It came with instructions but I didn’t need them. It was that easy! Everything lined up fine. The basket and bike lock comes in separate box so don’t get antsy about it like I did. Great bike!

I am commuting with this bike, Nakto Elegance. I will give a list of the pros and cons to this bicycle in my opinion. Keep in mind that this is my first ebike. Prior to this I rode a high class Electric Motorcycle.Pros:- Cheap price for a fully assembled ebike given the power of the motor and battery- The frame of the bike seems strong and endurable- Achieves the speed limit of my state (20 mph)- The light and horn work well enough- The display allows for customizing settings if you ask the seller for the manual- The seller has been very good at getting back to me and knowledgeable about the ebike itself- The battery is removable and the control is relatively easy to access if need be Cons:- The seat is very uncomfortable (I immediately replaced it)- There are no shocks on this bike and the wheels do not absorb the blow (pick a good seat to help)- The basket does not work with this bicycle. It will be flimsy, droop, and bounce open a lot. (trunk will be better)- The instructions for assembling this bicycle are for their other models. (I figured it out on my own)- The brakes are not the best. They do not stop the bike as quickly as I would like. I have tried tuning them, but had no luck. I might take them to a professional to see what can be done.Ultimately, for this price, the bike works as an entry level e-bike. Little tweaks here and there make it better. I do not know why the website says this bike can go anywhere near 30mph. The highest I have gone is 23mph with a lot of effort and tweaking the settings. 250w motors have their limitations, but that is what you are paying for. It is an appealing bike to look at and I prefer bikes without gears, so this is ideal for me. My adaptations for this bike will be as such: Comfy and shock absorbing seat, take off the front basket entirely, replace the pedals with larger and grippier pedals, and install a trunk on the back for cargo. I did go through the settings on the display and change a few things that made more sense to me. Kind of wish the torque was better given it is electric, but once again, I am coming from a motorcycle so, meh.

I reviewed several ebikes and noticed none had more than a four star rating. The flaws varied from assembly directions to battery issues. I agree the directions weren’t the greatest it the issues I had were related to the basket installation (no pictures at all). I was able to make it work and it’s stable and reliable. As for the battery no issues none what so ever. My wife rides it 2-3 times a day for 2-3 miles per in a neighborhood with hills.

The media could not be loaded.  Bike looks absolutely beautiful, it's too bad because it arrived damaged and missing parts, bent rim and no basket. I messaged the seller about both problems and yet responded to one and ignored the other. They told me the basket shipped separately... You know, one of those things that should be made aware of on purchase but wasn't. And they completely ignored my message about the front rim arriving damaged, the bike is un-rideable and Amazon says it's not eligible for a return, the manufacturer is not responding to send a replacement rim.. What a $600 nightmare. Buyer beware

Those of you looking to get the most for your $$$ this bike rips for speed and ease. I got this for my daughter who is young and as much as I wanted to keep it I had to send it back and Nakto paid for shipping back to them and understood it wasnt the bike or me that didnt want it but it was just to fast for my daughter. For any adult or older teen this bike is THE BEST out on the market for the price point.I ended up paying a bit more for a bike with 3 pedal assist speeds that are def slower and easier for her to handle but personally for me I would rather have this bike for me over the e bike i have cause the quality and power it had was way better but sadly its a girls bike and as much as I am secure with myself I prefer mens bikes lol.Anyone reading these reviews this is def worth the money and the amazing customer service i got when RETURNING and asking for help on this bike. Think about it I returned the bike and this is my review so it tells you its def worth it if you want to go faster with the pedal assist.

There are few options for a smaller person. This is my second e-bike and this lacks some quality and features. Front brakes needed a ton of adjusting. Rear brake isn't great. Still haven't received the basket, they say it comes separately. After first charge and no riding, battery is only showing 4 of 5 battery power. Seems a bit expensive compared to my other ebike.

I love how you can ride the electric bike like a regular bike no power, or if you feel a little lazy you can turn it on with just a push of a button and cruise slow to fast. And YES it does come with a BASKET but it came separately in a week or two. I Have not had any problems with it (: and it does cruise up to about 30 -32 mph. (: I tested it. It's great for going up steep hills. the frame work is great makes it easy to get on the bike. I like how you can get it in white but it would be better if it came in pink or purple, red, blue, yellow. if you decide to get this electric bike it is a great choice and fun to ride
