You must keep this in your hands or else the you'll lose signal. I thought it was a faulty item so I had 1 more for my girlfriend but same.Pros:1.Color varietyCon:1.Very weak signal. Must hold phone in your hands.2. Signal between both earbuds disconnect every minute or so3. CAN NOT put the phone in your pocket or the signal will completely be gone*You have been warned*4. Pairing takes extremely long and sometimes won't pair with the other side5. No way of switching between tracks or changing volume6. Pausing the music while listening to music while cause a loud deafening *CLICK* sound in your ears7. Earphones will fall out of the battery pack so make sure you tape it together when you put it inThis is my experience with this earphone because I bought one for myself and my girlfriend. I returned it within 3 days. It was unbearable.

These are just Ok when it comes to sound. Not sure how long the battery will last but the sound quality is lacking in the mids and highs. I had hoped for better sound based on the other reviews. If you aren't a critical listener, I'm sure these will be fine. They are small and comfortable and have the nice charging case. If you want a well balanced listening experience, I can't recommend these. At this price point, one can't expect too much I suppose. Probably will return them.

I like the product and loved them when they were working at 100% quality. Great customer service from seller and prompt delivery and response time. Fastest and most thorough seller I have ever dealt with across all online store platforms. Overall great product but came across a few issues early on with pairing, using only 1 bud, sometimes slave could not be used by itself so if master ran out of battery neither would work, charging and losing connection even if phone is in my back pocket. But I usually use them in close proximity to my phone so usually not a huge issue except for if I'm walking around the house and want to keep phone on charger.Battery life was usually up to par with what was advertised but I hadn't had the chance to use the charging box as a portable charger for other devices so I assume that that feature works fine.I again want to give the seller top quality on customer service. I will look to this seller again next time I need to make a purchase and will choose them over other sellers with the same product. Only reason this is not 5 stars is because of the above mentioned issues so early on and also compared to similar products others have a few additional features and better connectivity but I think it is a great buy and product for the price.

JUNK. I so wanted these to be even usable. Right out of the box the charger was messed up. The magnets are SOOO weak they hardly hold it in at all. And one side was so weak you had to hold the ear piece in to get it to make contact. After a bit of trying I got it to pair with my Note 8. Sound cuts in and out sitting next to phone. Once I made it 8 ft away it disconnected. Sending back tonight.

Poor quality product, not as advertised!Sound keeps cutting in and out, even when I am holding the phone in front of me with no obstructions. This problem gets worse if I put my phone in my pocket. Sometimes it is one ear, then it is the other - the end result is that I can't even listen to a full 3 minute song without the sound cutting out 2 or more times.There is also no active noise cancellation despite what is advertised. I've tried active noise cancelling earbuds and know what that silence sounds like; these earbuds do NOT do that at all!

When I received my order, I was initially quite excited about what seemed like a decent quality product, but when I attempted to pair the left earbud with the right, which was previously paired to my phone, it would not turn on or pair no matter what. I followed all the instructions and read the reviews and even searched for it on YouTube, but to no avail. All that I got from the left earbud was a few short blue lights when it was plugged into the charging dock. I wouldn't recommend this item, so unfortunately for quality true wireless you'll have to spend a lot more.

Not good after 4-6 months either one of the earbuds would fail, not charge or holding charge then it will stop working completely. They fall out constantly when you’re wearing it a long time. Not good for motorcycle riding VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. NO VOICE ACTIVATION

Red suits me. I can listen to my music or make a call wireless. The in-ear headphones sound very clear. The fit is comfortable and I can wear it for a long time. It stays in place while I’m exercising. This has a good value and good performance.
