BENFEI USB C to Audio Jack Adapter with DAC (B0DW8BZ7QM) Allows me to use my phone as a backup music source. I use a laptop to play music at a local hall every week and that uses a USB-A to phono and works well. I've been looking at a backup system in case the main system goes down and this USB-C cable to 3.5mm jack is perfect for connecting my mobile phone to a rechargeable sound bar. The sound bar is not as sophisticated as my amplifier and speakers but it is good enough to avoid cancelling an evening. The DAC does seem to improve the quality of sound and the connectors on this USB-C cable have a very firm fitting. I also use this with my wired headphones when travelling on coaches as my wireless ear pods often suffer from electrical interference.

Good clear sound
This is the second USB-C to jack adaptor that I bought for a new phone that doesn't have the usual jack socket. The first (cheaper) one didn't have the DAC chipset, which, as it turns out, is essential for converting the digital signal to analogue, which resulted in the start of the sound being cut off. This one solved that problem and has worked well since I got it. Recommended.

Adapter stopped working after 2 months
I was initially pleased with the build and functionality but the adapter stopped working after 2 months of light usage. From the picture you can see that there's no physical damage to the adapter and it looks fairly new.

It's a little lead...
Good firm connections with well made metal housings and a sturdy braided cable. Has all the hallmarks of a good quality product. Time will tell...!? Should last easily long enough for you to lose it.

Der Adapter ist stabil, hält sehr fest im Handy und am Klinkanschluss des Kopfhörers - auch bei Bewegung. Die Übertragung funktioniert einwandfrei.

Le câble ne fonctionne pas pour lier la lunii (flam) de ma fille vers son casque. Le câble fonctionne avec mon gsm, mais ce n est pas pour ça que je l'ai acheté...

Rubbish, lasted 2 weeks now sounds like a garbled mess. Do yourself a favor buy a different brand.
