Exactly what I needed it worked perfectly. Very happy with it!

Fits together simply enough. I will say to check all the panels. There may be some molding nodules that need removing. Apart from that it fits together well. I would still line the inside with resin tape. And silicone the inside base edges. The tape supplied is just to keep the mold in situe. Worth the money. I should have bought 2 to stack.

This tool is a great idea. Customizable to cover a range of shapes and sizes, and stackable for taller projects. Unfortunately, it leaks like a broken pipe, and causes a big mess which is a huge pain to clean up. Forget the instructions, and the included double sided tape. They're both useless. Instead, seal the base and the sides with ordindary tape ON THE INSIDE (sticky side up on the base, to hold the item being cast securely). Place it on a dispospable, or easily cleanable, non-porous surface, and use hot glue all around the outside of the base (I've used it on hardboard pre-treated with Mod Podge to seal it and porcelain tiles with no issues). Use hot glue on the upper portion base where it meets the lower piece as well if you've stacked them for making taller moulds. That should prevent leakage and get a decent mould. Alternatively, build your mould box from Lego, seal every side on the inside with tape so nothing leaks through the joints, and hot glue the outside of the base. Job done!

Set it up but the silicone leaked everywhere. Wouldn’t buy again

Despite having a 3d printer, sometimes moulding stuff in resin can be cheaper and easier. It's certainly quicker than waiting 2-3 hours, only to discover your print has fallen off the bed. Though to do that means making a moulding box, which usually means several things... Creating something from cardboard and hot-glue, then noticing your invention is leaking. Or trying to find your box of a well known construction toy, then finding your're 2 bricks short. Which is why this neat gadget caught my eye straight away. Especially how it can reduced or expanded to suit what's being moulded. Assembly is beyond easy as well, and with the inset on the pieces leaks should be a thing of the past. The inclusion of double-sided tape in the pack also means I could start moulding straight away if needed. I particularly like how it's modular, so if I get another set I can easily go taller or longer. Then once done, simply unclip and clean. Which will be easy as silicone or plaster won't stick to the sides.

The first time I tried to use this product it did fail. However I am giving it 4 stars as I think that the failure is my fault not the product. The product allows one to easily construct a box within which to put an item to be cast in silicone. The box holds together using bulldog clips, and there are notches along the edges to help with alignment. Once the sides of the box are aligned, one applies double sided tape and tapes it down on to a base. Where I failed is I tried to use paper as a base covering, this allowed the silicone unfortunately to seep underneath the box base. Also the item I tried to cast was slightly too large and pushing against two sides of the box. This I think caused a very small gap on the side. Unfortunately the box does have finite lengths, and to have used a larger size would have wasted double the silicone.

Un tout petit bout a poncer sur les angles, sinon ca s'emboîte très bien et les épingles tiennent bien tout l'ensemble.

Je kan er makkelijk een mal mee maken maar moet wel zelf voor een goede ondergrond zorgen. De dubbelzijdige kleefband plakt wel hard aan de mal, dus is wel een werkje om die er weer af te krijgen.
