These are the usual CLA, though they are dark, whereas I usually get the clear ones. Not that it matters, but it is nicer when they are clear, hence four stars for adding colouring. Other than that, quick delivery and a resealable pack.

Nice smooth capsules, no taste or odour, and easy to swallow. (Admittedly I rarely have difficulty with pills, but capsules tend to be easier than tablets).
