Axtschlag wood papers

I'm a big fan of these little bad boys and they work on most types of proteins, some vegetables and tofu prior to BBQ-ing or oven roasting. You get a lovely delicate aroma from the wood when you unwrap them which also protects the contents whilst cooking. I found them especially excellent for marinated fish including Ocean Trout, Salmon, Scallops, Hake and Halibut which all turned out beautifully.
