I’ve had this for several weeks and so far have not seen any noticeable difference. Will keep taking it and see if anything changes.

I had to look up what this was before ordering and reviewing. Dendrobium is a genus of orchids that has been used as an ancient Chinese tonic herb and is one of the 50 fundamental herbs of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It's to help kidney, lung, and stomach meridians. It's supposed to help dry mouth, parched/heavy thirst, boost immunity, help alleviate dry or cracked skin, Jing deficiency, and eye issues like cataracts and enhance athletic performance. I could use it for a few of those reasons and was excited to try it. Plus, it's said to help healers replenish themselves after healing practices, which also applies to me. So I've been using it in my morning tea that includes pau d'arco, dandelion root, calendula leaves, kukicha twigs, and licorice root. I also read that many drink it with licorice tea, how perfect! The flavor is not detectable in tea and it's easy to consume. It's only been a few days so I can't say for sure what has changed, but the energy of it is so lovely and I've gotten to look forward to using it. Orchids are possibly my favorite flower so it seems to be a positive all around. The price is good for a single-herb tincture, especially as I read that it's often adulterated with a less expensive (and less potent) orchid but because this says "shi hu" it is not adulterated and is the pure version.
