It was beyond time to replace my scratched, hand-me-down set of cookware. I really wanted red but couldn't find steel pans in red. I decided on this Gotham set, in cream, and I couldn't be happier. I've been using them for almost 2 months and they look unused. I carefully read the directions and made some choices of my own for use. I washed before first use, buttered for first cooking, never slide the pots across the stove, and NEVER, EVER use metal utensils!! I cook oatmeal every morning, forgot to rinse the pot, and ran some errands. When I got home, of course, the oatmeal was stuck tight. Five minutes of soaking in hot water with a drop of Dawn and the pot came clean with no scrubbing. I've cooked fudge, eggs, meats, veggies, and nothing sticks or discolors the pans. I did have to learn to cook at a lower temp. I never use high heat and usually cook medium-low to medium-high. My pans are always hand washed. I never put pots or knives in the dishwasher.

These pans are incredible. No matter what I cook in them, nothing seems to stick. VERY easy clean up. Wet sponge or damp paper towel. Mom tried virtually every non stick pan on the market but nothing she had came close to comparing to these.

I got these to replace a cheap set of ceramic lined pans I got a big box store that I used daily for nearly a decade before the ceramic was so scratched and degraded that I felt it was time for a change. I was initially impressed with this set. But after six months of moderate usage, I'm ready to throw them away. The first time I used them, the enamel on the outside stained. I soaked, I scrubbed, but there was still an ugly brown discoloration. Okay, that's on me. I shouldn't have gotten a set of white cookware. Everything sticks to these now, even with oil, even things that shouldn't normally stick to cookware. The ceramic is scratched and chipped despite hand washing and only using silicon utensils. They do have a fairly even heat distribution, so at least they got that going for them. Overall though, these are junk. I can't say for sure whether it's this specific product or the brand as I don't have any other experience with Gotham Steel products, but I'm definitely looking at other options for replacements, which I already need.

These have been a functional and stylish addition to our cooking efforts in the kitchen! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, is that they appear to "chip" a bit easy. Just little nick marks we're noticing when they "bump" into another pot or pan or maybe in the sink while doing dishes. Otherwise, other than that, they heat up beautifully; my cook time seems reduced by about 5 minutes compared to our other pots and pans. They are a great variety of sizes, so you can find one to use for almost any purpose! Give them a try, you'll be happy, but protect them and move them carefully as they can chip.

I’ve waited about 4 months to write this review and let me say these pots and pans have NOT disappointed! They seriously wipe clean! They say dishwasher safe but I hand wash mine to protect them longer and make sure they stay new looking. The color is perfection! The bottoms have gotten a few burn spots from food spilling on the sides but I seriously don’t mind and I haven’t attempted to really scrub it off I just use non-toxic dish soap with a palm brush to wash them and I can cook anything with these! Bacon, eggs, sausage, pancakes, literally anything and nothing sticks! Highly recommend for anyone wanting to switch from teflon to non-toxic ceramic cookware like I did. I’m so happy I made the switch for my family and our health!

We needed new skillets, pots. This seemed like a good deal. The cream color pans discolors quickly. We have a gas stove. Any grease left on the outside darkens the finish. They do scratch, and don't stay super non stick. You have to use oil or butter after a few uses. Good solid riveted handles. For the price I guess they're ok.

I purchased this set after seeing them online for a big box store. This set was a better price and value. I love the color! We’ve had them for 3-6 months. They are non stick for sure, rarely have to use any spray or butter. Just like anything that is used daily, they do get wear and tear. One pan we use the most does have a brown hue on the bottom. There are some knicks along the top rim from putting on lids and tapping utensils on the sides. These are all expected from use. I’ve seen many people comment negatively about this, to me it’s normal wear and tear on a product much like a car. The lids do fit snug and have to be turned a certain way for proper fitting. But overall, I love this set and I’m glad to have purchased them.

These pots and pans have not stood up to wear and tear in our home. Very disappointed about the scorching of pan on anything other than medium heat. My husband burned the pan first time he used it and they scratch easily. They feel cheap. Do not recommend.

Excelentes. He seguido las instrucciones de uso. Casi no requieren grasa para cocinar. No se manchan ni se pega nada. Muchísimo mejor de lo que esperaba.

São boas panelas Porém somente as duas frigideiras são compatíveis com fogões de indução. No anúncio não diz isso. Comprei, Aguardei 1 mês pra entregar e no fim vou ter que devolver tudo pois só tenho fogão de indução e não consigo usar. Uma pena!
