My husband is taking this product to heal SIBO. What a difference it made in his well being. He also has issues with his vagus nerve, which we know now has caused all the other symptoms like shortness of breath, heart not pumping properly (CHF), water retention and the digestive issues (Sibo) which is all due to a low vagal tone. If you have all these symptoms do your research on Vitamin B1 get the vagus nerve working and support your digestion with spore probiotics that will take off the pressure of the breathing and heart, you will notice you sleep better too. Also research on Melatonin it is so much more than just a sleep aid, especially with gut issues. Detox first from heavy metal and chemicals and then parasites and you are on your way to health.

This did not have many reviews so I didn’t know if I could really trust it. I’m not too sure now. I’ve had a hysterectomy and sometimes my estrogen gets low (easily corrected) I’ll sometimes start to get an infection if the estro is low. If I feel any type of discomfort and quickly take B. Coagulans it goes away. This has coagulans in it and has worked for that purpose, so at least I know it has that in it. I’m still concerned with the purity and safety of Dr. Mercola products because there’s nothing to prove the quality unless I decide to pay Consumer Labs. But, as for now since these probiotics have helped with one problem I have to give it 5 ⭐️. I’ll update it if something else strange starts to happen or I find that it really isn’t working. I think I’m going to sign up for consumer labs. I think this has in it what it claims though, but we’ll see.Update: Strangely enough my acid reflux got better after I started taking these. I don’t take them everyday because I think they make me a little nauseated.

Was recommended after a course of antibiotics. Felt better within a couple of days.

I am a supplement junkie! I like the good stuff that actually works. So many supplements is false advertisement and doesn't within gut acidity or even get to the cellular level or properly absorbed. LEARN YOUR STUFF....this is a great option and is fairly priced. IT WORKS ALSO!!!!!!!

My son had terrible IBS. After years of suffering he was finally diagnosed with SIBO. The doctor prescribed a keto diet for about three months and several probiotic and prebiotic and gut healing combinations. Spore Restore was one of the ones that he was told to take. At the end of two months my son was like a new person. He got well just after his 15th birthday and started growing and having a semi-normal life. He still doesn’t feel well some days… But he’s not in the excruciating 24/7 agony that he had been in for several years. For us it’s truly been a miracle. Please note… As I said previously… This is just one of the combinations that the doctor had him take.

My son has SIBO, which is a overgrowth of the wrong kind of bacteria in the small intestine. He needed a probiotic to help replenish the good bacteria but with SIBO you have to be careful because some probiotics feed the bad bacteria. This is the kind our DR said would help. He was definitely right, my son is doing much better. Great product!
