When I first got this, it felt a bit odd and I wanted to return it, but decided to give it a try. I tried it for a couple of times and it started getting more comfortable. (You have to hang it so the cloth is on the outside and the clip on the inside as shown in the pic; this way you can grab the cloth part of the trap). The first couple of times, my abs were so sore I could hardly move, specially the lower abs. I have used it for about a month and my abs are getting stronger and as a result I can use it more often. I really love this product.

this would be my 3rd set of tis kind of product. I do not ususally do reviews. but these are syurdy , strong well built. and the perdect with and length for my home gym. very comfortable . would recomond over other products.

The straps came one time. They appear to be sturdy but not as well made or as comfortable as I had hoped. Also would’ve like to have some basic instructions in the package when I received it but none were there.

I've never used any other AB straps so I have nothing to compare to but these are well made and are very strong. The attachment straps make these more versatile than some of the others I looked at. I can't see the need to buy the more expensive models advertised.

Exactly what i thought they'd be . Work great , just like the ones i had years ago . Better than doing sit ups . Love them

Been using for 2 days. Works great. Can feel my abs already. Now all I have to do is quit drinking soda & I'll have a perfect abs in no time!

I tip in around 215 lbs. These seemed fine, albeit a little uncomfortable for the hands compared to ones I've used in the past, but positioning a bit different helped, and it was tolerable. Used for 6 months doing straight and oblique knee ups, twice a week, and then the one side ripped out where the stap that it hangs from meets the body of the stirrup. Took a caribeener to the head - nothing serious but it's not like I was abusing these - i.e. I don't swing and use a step stool to get in and out. So, they were fine while they lasted, but long term durability isn't there. I checked the other strap, and that one looks like it was starting to go as well, so I guess I'm lucky only one failed when it happened.

Great product and effective for intensive abs workout. I can feel the burn on all three sides of my abs: upper, lower and oblique abs. Even three days later I can feel the soreness but happy to workout again.
