well made
After reading some comments about this bar not fitting into some miter slots I was apprehensive about buying one, but I ordered it anyway. I'm happy to say that mine is exactly 3/4" across the whole bar. That fits my miter slots quite well. After measuring it with a mic in 4 different spots I found it to be within .005 the entire length. These are a great value, and when I need more I'll order these.

Had to reorder 1 of these. Was warped. Added update to this review.
First one fit decent in the t-slot. Second one would not fit due to being warped or machined wrong. Had to send back for exchange. Hope the next one I get is straight. Update: I received the replacement t-slot bar. It’s perfect and works great! I got these t-slot bars for homemade jigs for my table saw because I didn’t want to make wooden ones due to swelling and shrinking in this 100% humidity we have down here in south Louisiana. The manufacturer even contacted me to make sure my problem was resolved. That’s something almost unheard of these days. These people seem to care about the quality of their products. Very impressed with this company. Highly recommend this product!

Not the easiest to install but works
Bought to make a sled for a Skil 8.25 portable table saw. Fit fine, easy to adjust but had to add 2 layers of blue tape between the sled and these bars before they would slide freely. Slid fine alone, not so much when screwed to the sled. Took a while to figure that out but works great now. Drilled holes thru the sled so I could adjust them going forward if necessary. My first sled, not pretty but works!

does not fit!
Does not fit. As some have mentioned, the track has to be grinded down. Also noticed that the bar is not the same width on both ends. One end fits in the mitre track I have but the other end does not. Since width is not the same, I guess this is garbage to me since confidence in fit drops if I have to shave and modify. Its about a .02 difference. Assuming this is the consistency of the paint.

Works as expected
Saw some slightly poor reviews, just wanted to say my bars showed up without manufacturer defects and work well. Good price for the product, no need to over complicate miter bars, these are perfect for my use.

Doesn't work as received, can be modified
I ordered one 300mm version of this bar. I mounted a dial gage to it. I measured and squared my table saw's blade and fence to the T-slots. It worked brilliantly, improving cuts on the saw. It gave me confidence to order two 450mm versions for a table saw jig.I was alarmed to find I could NOT get the 450mm versions into the T-slots on my table saw. The attached photo shows the reason. The washer that goes into the "T" portion of the slot is held in place with a screw. The TOP screw in the photo is "as received". The end of the screw protrudes past the washer, and past the bottom of the bar. The washer and protruding screw had interference with the T-slot on my saw. They wouldn't even get started in the slot without jamming.I hit the end of the screw with a grinding wheel, bringing it nearly flush with the screw (washer at the BOTTOM of the photo). Now the bars slide in the T-slots as expected. It's always a hassle to have to modify an item to make it work, but at least the fix was easy. And the resulting modified bars look great and seem to work well.

Well built product
This product is sturdy and well built, however it is a shade wide to fit my Craftsman table saw. Unfortunately, I will have to return which is a bummer.

Used for a crosscut sled.
I needed to set up a routine to cut boards precisely on a table saw. I built a crosscut sled with instructions I sought out on you tube. Of all the many available examples that I viewed, I found much advice on how to use hard wood for the tracks. That never seemed adequate to me considering the possibility of wood swelling besides the problem involved in cutting the tracks to the exact size necessary. These bars solved the problem. Although, I had to consider the extra cost over and above what I could have saved cutting them out of wood, I am satisfied that these fit well into the tracks of my Dewalt 8.25" saw and with my final product.
