These are class. I lose these more than I care to believe so it's great to have an alternative to buying Sony official ones. Work exactly how they are meant to, protects the hot shoe, fits great and secure and as far as a piece of plastic goes it's good quality and value for money so would definitely buy these again

It fits perfectly on my Sony camera’s hot shoe, sliding in smoothly and staying snugly in place without any wobble. It gives the top of the camera a much cleaner look and protects the connection from dust and scratches. I also appreciate the low profile – it doesn’t add any bulk, and the matte black finish blends right in with the camera body. It's one of those small, inexpensive items that just makes sense to have. Highly recommended if you want to keep your gear in top condition. I just wish I didnt keep losing them.

Well made and a great fit. Considering that Sony charge £6 for one and you're getting 3 here, these are great value.

It fit as it should does the job

I ordered both the metal hot shoe cover, as well as the package of 3 plastic ones. This was for my Sony A99ii (I'm an A-mount nut) and the metal one fits nice and tight on it. The reason for this order was that the original (plastic) one that came with the camera got lost on a trip when I urgently grabbed the camera from my bag for a quick shot. So I wanted one that was a bit more tight than the original, and the metal one does exactly that. The plastic ones certainly are a good fit as well and stay in place quite fine under normal circumstances. So I will keep them as backup for when I lose the metal one.

They do the job perfectly - but are expensive for tiny bits of plastic.

Den zweck dieser Abdeckung muss man nicht erklären. Ein paar Worte zur pass Genauigkeit kann man schon sagen. Aber es werden nicht viele sein. Der Grund das ich diese Abdeckung gekauft habe war, weil ich die originale verloren habe. Ich war anfangs recht skeptisch ob die wohl die richtigen sind. Das sie passen würden war mir klar, nur wie nicht. Diese Abdeckung sollten schon etwas widerstand haben, ansonsten braucht man ständig neue. Kurz gesagt ich habe diesen kauf nicht bereut. Diese Abdeckungen passen super und haben auch den entsprechenden widerstand das sie nicht gleich wieder abfallen. Da ich mehrere Sony Kameras nutze testete ich diese Abdeckungen natürlich auf allen Kameras. Dabei stellte ich fest das sie auf der RX 10 IV doch recht locker im Blitzschuh steckten. Das Problem löste ich in dem ich ganz vorsichtig die beiden kleinen Federelemente rechts und links im Blitzschuh etwas nach oben gezogen habe damit diese mehr Druck auf die Abdeckung ausüben können. Und somit war auch dieses Problemchen gelöst. Also, ich kann diese Abdeckung auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
