Cute and soft airplane! YES...BUY it! We are giving it to a 7-month-old who puts everything in his mouth. The plastic film that goes in between the letters for embroidering the word 'airplane' was not all cut-out and the plastic film was still attached in spots. Just please take a minute to check your plane and take off any residual pieces of plastic film. I used a pin and it just took a few minutes! Can't wait to give it to him!

The plane came in a vacuum sealed bag, so it took some fluffing when pulled out. The bottom stitching was poorly done so I had to sew up a hole before I could give it to my son. It’s a bit lopsided but my 3 year old doesn’t notice.

This plane had plastic wrapping sewed into the letters and the window of the plane. I didn’t realize it at first. I washed the plane and it still did not remove the plastic. I tried removing it with tweezers and it was very difficult. If you look at the photo you can see the pieces of plastic that can potentially be ripped off making it a choking hazard. It’s ashame, because the plane itself is a very nice plush stuffed toy with vibrant colors and it washed very nice. But unfortunately I had to return it due to the safety hazard. However, if the company removes the plastic I would have rated this item as a 5 star.

If you like giving your kids a plush toy that has thin plastic stuck in the lettering and windows, this is it! It took 20+ minutes to peel off the plastic in the fabric with scissors, then we found even MORE plastic flaking off of the airplane parts after it was opened as a gift. Avoid this garbage.
