The media could not be loaded. The sauna suit does its job! I ordered it and got it next day just in time before i went to the gym. Im 5’4 and 180lbs i ordered a large and it fits perfectly. I did wear a shirt underneath my sauna suit so the removal process can be easier, if you don't wear a sleeved shirt underneath, removing it can be quite difficult. Immediately began to sweat as i worked out especially in my midsection, after my work out of COURSE i hit the sauna and steam room and began to drip in sweat LITERALLY! The 2 days i wore my sauna suit and worked out i lost 2lbs and 4 oz. Which is great because I’m doing everything i can to drop the excess water weight and bloating. The shorts do not ride up YAY! With having thicker thighs that was my concern as it typically always happens to me-NO CHAFFING AND NO RIDE UP IS A PLUS IN MY BOOK! i did hand-wash my suit and hung it to dry. It’s the best and safest way to wash in my opinion and fits the same even after multiple wears. So far I’m happy with my sauna suit and was very well worth the purchase and money. Easy to hook and zip and covers the body nicely! You will regret not purchasing!If amazon allowed it i would’ve posted a additional video of me sweating bullets in the sauna, it happened instantly! Please drink water and intake plenty of electrolytes wearing the suit and working out i had sweat dripping from my body.

This definitely makes you sweat only thing is when your legs rub it irritates your skin and burns when you shower so I suggest wearing a pants underneath it as well. Size 100% Functions 100% Material quality is 1000% Wearability 100% Definitely worth the money.

Love this! Wish it had a zipper to use the restroom.. it is hard to get off like others mentioned especially after working out and having to go to the bathroom. Size was true to size for me, it’s comfortable the material is great and I can move in it with no restrictions.

I am 5'1, 200 lbs for reference; purchased size XL and it fits well! I wear this during my workouts and this sauna suit definitely makes you sweat!! It is a little difficult taking off after sweating so much.

I was hesitant in buying any sweat suit, due to the fact I didn’t think they work. This one proved me wrong. I have never had this much sweat during a workout. It is comfortable to wear while running and there is a little bit of stretch to the suit. I am 5’1 and 229lbs and ordered the 3xl. Someone in another review suggested wearing a shirt under so it’s easier to take off. I recommend this as well, as you can see wearing a shirt doesn’t stop you from sweating. Doesn’t feel cheap and mine didn’t have a weird smell.

Just came in today!BUYER BEWARE!!!!If you are a big girl with chubby arms, order one of these without sleeves.It fits perfect. Snug as it a sauna suit should be. But I almost could not get out of it.Was about to cut it off.FINALLY got one arm out by stretching out the sleeve and pushing my fist up the sleeve and out the front. Once one arm was out… no problems getting it off.I love it and I will wear it. But if I had to do it over again I would have ordered it sleeveless for sure

It was a bit big, but if I'd gotten the Medium, I'd also need scissors to get it off.I ended up having my daughter help peel me out and threw it back in the bag! The quality is good and I broke a sweat (in less than 10min), but I'm not always going to have someone who can rescue me after my workouts!SUGGESTION: maybe stitch a thin layer hiding a bungee cord or drawstring in the shoulders to help pull it off and over.Do that and I'd repurchase this item!!!😀

I love this workout suit. It allows me to sweat at the gym without everyone seeing my sweat. I know who cares you're at the gym. I love that it fits like a glove. Although even though, I was able to get it off on my own without wearing a shirt underneath, it is easier when I wear a shirt under it. I would suggest wearing one under it just for ease of access.
