Incorrect product info. Poor service.
This product is advertised to be compatible with my 2017 Ford Explorer. It’s not. I contacted the seller about 3 issues with the rack system. They only addressed one of the three issues by basically saying, oh well thats the way it is. Issues # 2 and 3 (incorrect parts) were totally ignored. I was told apply for a refund if I wasn't happy. Due to my procrastination and assuming the rack would fit properly I missed the refund deadline through Amazon. Thats on me. I will not order again or recommend this company to anyone.

Roof Rack across Bars
Purchased this product refurbished and did not come with all bolts necessary so I had to purchase separate bolts. Overall decent quality material bars and ease of installation besides not having the bolts

Avoid at all costs!!!!
Wish I could return but it is stuck half attached to my roof. Every screw ended up stripping. Now I have to pay someone to drill out the screws. What a waste of time and money. ,
