I've been using ON Gold Standard Pre-Workout for a few weeks now, and it’s easily one of the best pre-workouts I’ve tried. It gives me a noticeable energy boost within 20–30 minutes without making me feel jittery or overstimulated. Perfect for early morning workouts or days when I need that extra push.The flavor (I got Fruit Punch) is surprisingly good—not overly sweet or artificial—and it mixes well with water. No clumps, no gritty texture. I also really like that it includes ingredients like beta-alanine, caffeine, and creatine, all in well-balanced amounts. The focus and endurance I get from this are excellent—I can push harder through my sets without feeling drained halfway through.No crash afterward, and no upset stomach, which is a big plus for me. Definitely sticking with this one!

I am going to turn 40 this year. Every day my trainer comes to my home and makes me workout. I have some basic equipment. I have used some outstanding pre workout powders like Yeah Buddy and Kaged Preworkout. However, ON is a reputed brand and they are selling this for a very reasonable price so I had to find out what is going on. This review is being written after 4-5 uses.What does it taste like?It tastes very bad. If you don't mix well, the powder will make you want to throw up. It's very synthetic, strong. Flavour is not good.Does it mix easily?yes and no - since the serving size is quite big, the lumps inevitably remain when I use fork to mix it. Ideally you need a tall beer glass in which you should mix this with 400ml of water.Effect?No immediate high tension feeling. You will not get burning/itching sensation on your skin.Workout effect?Your focus improves. Your muscles feel ready to work. You will sweat within 20 minutes of using this. This is a standout feature. Other preworkouts may not make me sweat but this pre-workout always makes me sweat.I have managed to do 50-60 sessions with relative ease. I like this powder.Overall?For the price, quality, effect - I highly recommend it. But it could be a little more natural. But O.N does not make natural products. Kaged is way more natural than this. But it is not easily available and the sellers are suspect on amazon.**UPDATE 17th October 2024**I am on my second box and want to just say the taste improves over time. The effect is not as good as more expensive Preworkouts but on a single serving you will get a decent blast for 30-40 minutes. Don't expect to do 90 minute marathon sessions with this. For the price this could also be a 5 star product.

So far so great, it is the original as the tag has been verified. ON is one of the most premium products and be sure to read the instructions before consuming. Fruit punch flavor is great but be sure to eat something before consuming or else it won't have any effect. Do not consume before going to bed.

Please rename the fruit punch flavour to Cough syrup flavour!P.s. Results are good though.

Think before buying this product I was trying to authenticate product on ON GOLD STANDARD website not able to authenticate and when I scanned qr it goes to another website ( may be dummy ) this product is not refundable and I am and able to connect with customer care

Perfect well balanced kick and mood . No sudden crash like other products . Have used GNC , Muscle blaze extreme and wrath . This suits me the best . As its a pre workout preference do vary . I work out at 7.45 in morning . I take this along with ALLMAX 2.5 yohimbine .

Great taste. That’s about it. I wish the quantity was larger for the price. The sachets are nice to get an equal serving each time, but a tremendous waste of plastic etc. mixability was susprisingly not good, I could still taste powder granules even after thorough mixing. And what I expected from a preworkout, the TINGLES, just didn’t get it. It definitely fueled me well for a 5k run but didn’t do much for my weight sessions.For proper tingles and really good taste and mixability I’d recommend Electrify by Carbamide Forte and Muscletech Vapor X. CF is 1/3rd the price but both are smashing products. ON remains in the top 3 of the Whey protein bracket, although I’ve been using Muscletech Nitro Tech RIPPED. 30g of protein per scoop compared to ON gold standard. Better value for money.
