Made quality is really good, doesn't feel cheap plastic at all. Could have some improvements like use it like a simple phone holder but whenever I try to keep it simple and steady the gimbal moves and make the shot difficult to keep at angle I want. Overall is a very good gimbal. And the seller is the best always keen to help and responsive.

First time using this it works so well. A little bit of getting used to but only because it’s new to me. App is very clever I have used it a lot since I bought it last month. Wish it came with a case.

This gimbal is fine for the price I guess. It’s challenging to get the phone in the exact position for it to work, and it doesn’t like it if you take the phone out of the holder while it’s still on. The phone nearly always goes upside down when you turn it on, after trying to get it in the right position to turn on. I then have to switch it off, turn the phone the right way then the battle begins to get it in the dead centre of the holder so it switches on again. It’s a major faff, you definitely can’t just put your phone on it, switch it on and go. Be prepared for frustration. When it’s all set up to go, it works fine, the body tracking is okay. Not perfect but fine.

I think for my first gimbal this was great, easy to get started with. I quickly found a few limitations in what I could do but for the price I shouldn’t complain definitely worth the money my battery does great, it comfortable in the hand unless the tracking goes crazy but it a great bit of starter kit to have in my camera bag. Video is a new direction for me and this has given me more options that I had.

I was really hoping the AOCHUAN Smartphone Gimbal would be a great addition to my mobile videography kit, especially with features like the magnetic fill light and its portable, foldable design. Unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. From the moment I started using it, the gimbal failed constantly. It struggled to stabilise, frequently lost connection, and simply didn't perform as advertised for smooth video recording. Despite multiple attempts to troubleshoot and ensure proper setup, the issues persisted, making it unreliable and frustrating to use. Given its consistent inability to function correctly, I had no choice but to return it. I cannot recommend this product based on my experience; it simply wasn't fit for purpose.

I am a YouTuber. I do a lot of locations castles buildings all sorts of stuff. This is my first Gimbal and I must say fantastic piece of equipment. I use the iPhone 12 and I’ve had no problems whatsoever with the gimbal. Advise that you go for the kit version as you get the light, it would be good if you could buy a storage case for the gimbal I just made one but fantastic you will have lots of fun with this fantastic piece of kit I will be buying from this company again sometime, hopefully

PRO: • La stabilizzazione funziona davvero bene, i video sono molto più fluidi anche mentre cammino 🎥 • È leggero e pieghevole, perfetto da portare in giro senza problemi ✈️ • Ha diverse modalità di ripresa, e c’è anche una rotella per zoom e messa a fuoco molto comoda 🔄 • Il tracciamento automatico del volto funziona bene, utile se si registrano vlog o video da soli 🤳 • Ottima autonomia: con una sola carica ci ho fatto tranquillamente diverse ore di riprese 🔋 CONTRO: • L’app dedicata non è il massimo: poco intuitiva e in parte tradotta male 📱 • A volte il Bluetooth non si connette subito con lo smartphone 🔌 • Mi è capitato che passare da orizzontale a verticale non funzionasse correttamente, ho dovuto spegnere e riaccendere il gimbal 🔁 Conclusione: Nel complesso, è un buon prodotto per chi vuole iniziare a fare video più stabili e professionali con lo smartphone, senza spendere una fortuna. So far i am lking this gimbal affordable price point.The gimbal seems to be made well.I am still getting use on how to use it.This is my first gimbal.I would recommend this product. One thing i have noticed is in the tracking modes it will only work on it's mini tripod that comes with it in the kit. I screwed it on to the top of my heavy duty extendable tripod and it would not work.Has anyone had any success getting to work on a tall haevy duty tripod ?????????????? Today My Gimbal was acting strange when i had it recording making a video in body tracking mode .Almost like someone else using a bluetooth device was interfearing with my Gimbal.kinda like it had a mind of it's own
