Bandai Hobby HGFC 1/144 #110 G GUNDAM "Mobile Fighter G Gundam" Model Kit

This is my second model kit. Compared to the first one this one was simpler to build. Definitely for beginners.Instructions are in Japanese, but they have pictures and the pieces are numbered which makes it easy to follow.No need to modify pieces or paint pieces. The stickers that come in are quite small and a bit difficult to make them stay stick, but it doesn't look too bad if you don't use them.Overall, it's a nice kit to start from, and great if you're a fan if the show.

ah, back to the good old days of the 90's and late 80's for gundam, and Mobile FIghter G Gundam was no exception and GOD GUNDAM, aka the Burning gundam in the US version because of religious beliefs and respect. This model is one hell of an upgrade. Owning both the the 1995 model and now this 2011 model i can say its incredible and worth the money.Now you get the standard beam sabers, which have alot of detail and a new look. the model is far more anime accurate than any of its previous versions, granted the 1/100 has soft foot pads, this model is still outstanding. well its late so i will come back after work and get to the juicy details on God gundam

Great build and a fun time. Took a little longer but I'm gonna blame inexperience for that. The biggest part is the little.forhead part doesent really clip on very well so it's kinda loose, but not that big of a deal because it's more of a show piece so.

Cons:- This seems to be a very dated kit. This doesn't mean it's a bad kit but will lead into my second con.- The first page of instructions were kind of hard to follow. Bandai does a great job with their picture instructions. Older kits are all in japanese (as most of their kits are) however, newer kits give english instructions for what certain character's mean when building. There's no English here which would of made building it easier.- This thing is extremely small. As you can see in my background photo of my RG Sazabi, it makes it look like a dwarf. This is 1/144 scale so I'm assuming it must actually be this small. There are other RG kits that are almost as small (RG MK II). I was just expecting it to be a little bigger.Pros- For a dated kit this is one of the best. Its basic color scheme of yellow, white, red, and blue truly needs no adjustment.- For Gunpla builders like myself who are waiting for the HiDef version of this coming out on Christmas 2019, it's cost is super cheap (I got this at $20) when the HiRM version is around $125- Use of Gundam markers or Tamiya panel lining ink make this kit more beautiful.- Comes with a decent amount of foil stickers.- Lastly, the poseability of this Gundam is superb.Def recommend getting this kit.

This was my first Gundam Model, and I must say it's pretty impressive. It's cool to see it become a robot from a bunch of little plastic pieces. The model is durable and flexible. You can pose it how ever you want. It was a little smaller than I thought, but it's still cool I would recommend it to first time builders especially if you like burning gundam. Invest in some pliers though and it does not have to be painted it but it certainly looks better if done so.

I got the kit sooner than I should of and it was packaged pretty good. But a polycap was loose in the bag, but that's not a big deal. I've heard many things about this kit, from bad to good, and while building it, it was nothing but good. This was my 5th kit, and probably the most interesting out of all of them.The accessories include two beam sabers, one longer than the other one, two dynamic posing hands as if he met up with Master Asia and they did their "Undefeated of The East!" sequence, and two bakunetsu god finger hands, both in translucent orange plastic.It took me all of 3 hours to build this kit, then about 30 minutes to do some of the painting/panel lining because I didn't really like the stickers. Not that they were bad, it's just that stickers aren't my thing; the only parts that were difficult to line were the feet and ankle armor.5/5 kit.+Good range of motion for an older kit+Nice accesories+Looks good in hyper mode+KYOOOOJIIIIIII!

God Gundam is one of my favorite Gundams of all time, this build was extremely peaceful. The only problem I had with it is that during the building of the ship that goes in the back it is a TEENY bit disorienting because the image is pretty old now, but aside from that it was a flawless and fun build. Not docking a star for one little gripe.

I highly recommend this model kit. I have made a couple 1/144 kits and this is by far the best. All the pieces snap together great and everything moves tightly as it should. It's also the best model I have for posing, as it can stand up well on its own. Buyer beware though, it comes with a lot of parts that took me more than a couple hours to just put together alone.I would definitely buy this again just to build it again.
