I bought these to be travel straws for work. But here are the key things you need to know.1. Out of the box there is funky taste to the silicon and metal so you need to clean them several times to try and remove this.2. What they don't want you to know is that the gaps between the sections don't seal so when you try to suck on this to drink it sucks in as much air as liquid which will make you not want to use them anymore. It would need some kind of seal between the sections to work as expected.
