Bought this as a gift for the psychiatrist in our family. Have not seen it in person as it was shipped direct and now resides in their office but it is 100% therapist and patient approved.

I knew I loved the case for the message, but I had no idea how soft it would be. This makes the case even better. I'm always trying to tell my kids it's safe to feel whatever you feel, so it's so nice having this message on a pillow they can use to help feel through their emotions. I love it for me too.

I don't think it's worth the $10 price tag. It's thin, feel like a shaved fleece (no fluff). I dont know, it's very weird. I'm disappointed. The print is good so it gets 2 stars for that but the actual case is -3.
