Must have !!! Quality , gloss and shine are really good

Does not fully waterproof quilling works but somewhat makes them water resistant. Gives an amazing glossy finish makes the structure strong. Can be used with a flat brush. Has a nauseating smell but goes away after dry. Does not change the colour of the paper. Price is also decent as you need very little amount.

Bestest so far. I use it in my every DIY's home decor items.

I don't think this is suitable for decoupage or any paper related crafts. I used this as a varnish in paper jewelry and it formed a cracked translucent layer. It did not provide much support to the material either.
