Expensive per oz, but absolutely worth it if you are serious about your diet. Delicious!
Oh my... This is so very good. I mean it is absolutely perfect. 100% indistinguishable from real, high quality honey. No aftertaste, no fake honey flavor, so bland fake sugar water nothing taste. You really will not know it isn't honey.I was taken aback by the tiny bottle. It is really small. Probably much smaller than any honey bottle yo have ever considered buying. If you just dabble in eating less sugar, it probably isn't worth it. But, if you are serious about managing diabetes or, like me, serious about eating Keto (I've dropped 65 lbs and kept it off for over three years) it is like a golden ray of sunshine on a dreary March day... A piece of Aunt Millie's low carb bread (2 net carbs) toasted with a thick layer of butter and a ribbon of this on top is an amazing treat.

Mor Please!
This ORANGE diet "honey" was very good. Reminded me of diet maple syrup (except in orange flavor). Yum! Great on an english muffin or how about a fruit salad. The choices are endless.I'm not quite sure about the cap. There didn't seem to be a way to close up the pour hole. Maybe I missed it.

This is a great honey substitute
I really like the natural Allulose syrups I've tried so far. I've got a maple syrup Allulose substitute, a blueberry, strawberry, and vanilla also. They all taste good on coconut or almond flour pancakes. This honey substitute is great, as it does not affect your blood sugar levels at all. Zero effect on your body. The viscosity of this syrup is thicker, just like real honey, and I love the taste. I have been able to cut all sugar out of my diet without feeling deprived of something sweet. One favorite of mine is mixing together about 1/2 cup room temp cream cheese with about 1/4 cup heavy cream, then adding in 1/2 cup whole-milk cottage cheese until all is combined. Add in about 1/8 cup plain or vanilla allulose syrup (or more to taste), and a tablespoon or so of lemon juice if desired. Mix it all up well and eat a couple spoonfuls! Then refrigerate overnight. It seems like I'm eating cheesecake with almost no effect to my blood sugar. It's my favorite dessert, healthy and good.I also like to use the honey allulose to put on homemade almond flour biscuits with real butter. Doing that on sprouted wheat toast is good too. Mmmmm!I am very happy with it and will always keep it stocked.

Great honey substitute
I tried this because I love honey in my tea and coffee but can't have it due to diabetes. (which is especially sad because I am a bee keeper!) It's a great product, good flavor and aroma. Like most Allulose based products not quite as sweet as the real thing. I've used it to replace real honey in recipes but added a little honey flavor extract for more flavor or that purpose. For glazes I had to add a bit of real honey as this product will not act as an invert sugar and crystalize aa little after heating.Better than the other sugar free honey sub I found that causes a late spike in my blood sugar. This one no spike and great taste. It is Keto. friendly if you are on Keto. If you are just trying to reduce sugar without a medical need, or following a restrictive diet style then I can tell you that combining 3 part of this with 1 part of natural honey works well. Just heat gently on the stove while stirring to get a uniform mixture then rebottle. This may be a good substitute in small amounts for diabetics who can tolerate a little glucose, the main sugar in natural honey but everybody I different and you'd have to see if that works for you.

Sweet and spicy
I bought this for me husband as he is a diabetic. He loves it. Of course I had to try it too. I’m beyond excited about this sugar free honey. It’s sweet with a nice touch of spicy. The Jalepeno comes through at the end adding to the flavor of the honey. It’s a perfect match.

Sweet but not too sweet
Actually tastes and smells like honey. The thickness and consistency is comparable to honey as well as the texture. Functionally it is not actually honey so is does not have all the benefits as honey does, however if you are keto or diabetic this is a good substitute for honey in my opinion.

Just like the real thing!
I seen reviews saying how it doesn't taste like honey, it definitely does. It's replaced honey in ALL of my teas. Ditching sugar was really hard, but this made it much easier since I can still enjoy my tea.

Good Stuff
I liked the taste, but I most likely won’t be buying again due to the size of the bottle and the price. The closest artificial sweetener to honey as far as taste. Even the slightly perfume-y aftertaste isn’t bad, but really not practical to keep buying for me to use as n my tea everyday.
