Vitamin C
The Vitamin C Face Serum contains not only Vitamin C, but also fruit extracts, which also contain Vitamin C. The topical use of Vitamin C has been advocated by many. For instance, the Mayo Clinic says "Vitamin C (ascorbic acid). Vitamin C is a potent antioxidant, which means it protects the skin from free radicals — unstable oxygen molecules that break down skin cells and cause wrinkles. Vitamin C may help protect skin from sun damage and reduce fine lines and wrinkles. Before and between uses, wrinkle creams containing vitamin C must be stored in a way that protects them from air and sunlight."This Vitamin C serum comes in an easy to use two-ounce pump bottle. It emerges easily as a light creme, which spreads easily. As well as the sun protection that it provides, it does a good job of moisturizing. Very good.

Visible improvement in skin texture, and less sunspots.
I apply this vitamin C serum to my face twice per day. Since using this each morning and night, the texture of my skin has improved. My skin doesn’t look as dull and rough around fine lines and pores. I have also noticed a visible reduction in sunspots and freckling on my face. This serum is lightweight and easy to apply. I like that it is hypoallergenic and noncomedogenic. It does not irritate my sensitive skin, and it does not clog my pores. Being fragrance free, this does not cause my eyes to sting and water. This serum is suitable for use under makeup because it absorbs quickly and does not cause pilling when used with other skincare and cosmetic products.

Great for your skin!
Both the wife and I tried luxe joie’s Vitamin C Serum (we previously used the cream version).Vitamin C is known for fighting free radicals (caused by UV exposure) and even out skin tones. And also enhance skin radiance. The serum also comes with Rosehip Serum For Acne and Dark Spots.Comes in a pump bottle, easy to use and the wife likes it a lot better than the cream. I like the cream better but to each their own. While we can’t say it’s working after using it for a few months but vitamin c serums are supposed to be good for the skin, so while we can’t say it improved things a whole lot, we can say that we had no problems with the cream.Worth checking out!

Fragrance Free Moisturizing Vitamin C Serum
The thing I appreciated right away from this serum was that it had no fragrance that I could detect. I like to put night creams on before bed and if I can smell the slightest hint of a fragrance, I usually stop using the product. This feels very soft and does feel like it will moisturize your skin over prolonged use. I've read of all the benefits that Vitamin C can have on your face in the form of evening skin tone. I have only started using this so a followup review may be necessary, but I will say a friend suggested I start using this because she noticed improvements to dark spots on her face so here's my best effort. I plan on using this once a day at first and then increasing my dosage to twice a day. You can use this under your foundation and it does seem to help your makeup go on more smoothly, so that's a plus. The value for this product is good. Give this a try - I like it.

Sorry, it's not at all a serum.
You may have noticed from your own personal experience, or from Googling experts on serums vs lotions, but this is a lotion, not a serum. There is nothing wrong with a lotion and in fact it's less usual to find these ingredients in a lotion. But I digress...This lotion has a really waxy, almost ceramide feel as you would find in a night lotion intended for PM use. The smell as well reminds me of things my grandma would use. That all being said, I gave it a chance to replace both serum and lotion for day time use. It left my more oily looking than I like for daytime, and it contains no SPF. It's so waxy and heavy that I could never put another lotion on top of it.If you are looking for something that isn't a serum but is a lotion containing ingredients more like a serum, maybe this would be a product for you, especially if you're older than 50.

Nice boost of vitamins
There seems to be some debate about the actual efficacy of applying vitamins directly to skin, but I personally like the notion of doing so. This is a nice way to get a layer of Vitamin C (as well as a few incidental others) onto the face, which seems to help maintain skin health in my experience. The product is smooth and pleasant to apply with no weird smells. It doesn't absorb quite as quickly as I would like, but at least it feels nice and layers well with other products you might be using (I like to use it under a stronger moisturizer). I personally have noticed skin improvement, especially the sun-filled summer days.

Did not see any benefits when using it
The Luxe Joie line is just ok in my eyes. I have tried 3 of their products to date and all 3 were just ok. The most disappointing aspect of all 3 were that the scent is just more than lack luster. When I use a facial product I prefer the ones who also use ingredients that add a good scent, and those can be natural like lavender for example. This Vitamin C face serum has a very blah kind of scent that I did not care for and considering it has Vitamin C and rosehip oil you would have thought that it would have a pleasant scent. It was very light weight but did take a little bit to absorb into the skin. It comes in a little pump dispenser that is personally my favorite. Your skin feels a rather tacky after you use and an hour plus later that feeling does not fade. I didn't really see any visual benefits.
