Dangerous
I bought this stroller for my niece's baby. 2 weeks ago handle broke off the stroller as it was pulled two steps up sending the stroller and the baby tumbling down. ( there was no ramp to use) . Luckily baby was not harmed. Very very scary

Cynebaby Stroller
Stroller came in a timely manner and was beautiful. I recieved lots of compliments on it. The style and beauty exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately however, my particular item had a defect in it. I contacted customer service and they were amazing! They were quick to respond and worked with me to make sure I was satisfied as a customer. I was very pleased, and would definitely buy from them again!

I need a replacement wheel
My mom got me the stroller for my baby shower. I barely got to use it few times and noticed one of the back wheels is bent. How can I contact the company to get a replacement wheel?

Received the stroller and I was so excited I put it together immediately. I love it but I’m super disappointed because the stroller is missing a piece (the stroller canopy). I contacted the company so we will see.

I think they could have done without riveting the plastic that wraps the metal onto it, but other than that it's great. The stroller rolls like butter. The style is very European and nice.

Love the way it looks
Love the stroller. It’s beautiful. Easy to assemble. Only issue is the canopy. It doesn’t seem to stay completely open. Will continue to mess around with it to see if it will fully extend. Otherwise I love it.
