The part was just what I needed went to the parts store to purchase and they had some but wasn't the perfect fit..and it was easy to install just push it..

Insert is too small for 2008 Civic brake pedal
The insert part of this brake light cut off is too small to snap in to the hole snuggly. I'll wrap it to keep it in place. There is no force on it but straight down so should be fine, just hat tired of the deliberate or ignorant misinformation

Clips don't fit the holes.
Had to glue it on the Nissan I ordered these for they said they were for the car. Not.
