I regret buying it. It tastes awful very souri. I should’ve known because it is ACV(Apple cider vinigar.) some of the reviews said it tastes great. Not at all at least for me. As soon as I opened the seal. I can smell the acidity already but I thought I’ll give bit a try. I took one and few minutes later my stomach started to hurt then I felt hot. The next morning I took another one before my breakfast and I felt the same I drank lots of water with it because I had to lessen the sourness from the gummy. I felt bloated. I had physically therapy after breakfast, the therapist crook my blood pressure as usual and it was high much higher than normal I felt that I had less energy during my therapy and I had a doctor appointment at noon. the nurse took my blood pressure again and it was also high. My blood pressure usually runs low. So since I didn’t change anything in my diet and my stomach hurtled the whole day again. I decided not to take it anymore. So I couldn’t tell if this product can or can not have weight loss effect. All I can say is that for me there were more negative effects. So definitely a waste of money for me. People few people told me to try drinking apple cider vinegar because it has health benefits I tried drinking apple cider vinegar once and it was unbearable for me. I suppose this gummy can be an alternative method to take apple cider vinegar. The second gummy I took. I chewed it into pieces and quickly drank water to swallow them. Also I had to go to the restroom more often and this is the only beneficial effect for me. My stomach was hurting so much all I did was sleep and rest which doesn’t help with weight loss at all

Gummy’s taste really good but I didn’t lose any weight been taking 4 to 6 a day as told on bottle looks like I’d have to buy five bottles to even see if it would work so thanks but no thanks

So for me apple cider vinegar helps with boosting my energy and with curving my apatite. Now the taste is something that will get better over time, but the first week may be hard because the smell and taste of ACV is really strong. what I did was I started with one ACV and a hemp gummy or a gummy that is sweeter, that worked. I did that for 10-15 days and now I can take two ACV gummy's at once no prob.these are really great in the mornings for me because I have a physical disability, and take medications witch makes me groggy or hung over every day. Even without a cup of coffee I can get up and start my day just fine and I don't need a big breakfast or anything so that's good. During the day I don't feel super hungry or anything and just a something small works to keep me going. I noticed even with two cups of coffee I didn't get that crash as soon and without a coffee I still felt energized longer that I usually would be.Now if your looking for any benefits of the b12, pom juice or beet root you prob are not going to notice anything because the doses are in micro grams and are most likely that's just for color. I thought this would be a great way to get my daily dose of b12 but that was I was wrong, But I do have more energy with out that b12 pill anymore.Over all these work great for me but the taste is something that needs work because its almost like green apple.The value is good because I looked for some at 2 stores and they were more expensive.
