Wow. I can’t believe how well this works. I’ve suffered with red, scaly (some times itchy) flaky patches of skin on my face on & off for years. Sometimes it goes away on its own but when it does come out (often with weather changes) it flares up & becomes really annoying as it’s right on my face. I’ve tried all sorts over the years, pretty much every cream you could name I’ve tried. Nothing worked properly until I stumbled across this one. Genuinely blown away by how quickly it’s worked, less than a week and my skin feels so smooth & back to its natural colour. Not to mention how nice it easy to apply, has no scent and it’s a fresh smooth texture (you only need a tiny squirt) and it applies very well & skin feels hydrated & it dries very quickly. This stuff is a godsend. Wish I took before & after photos but you’ll just have to give it a go!

I have had red, itchy & flaky skin on face and neck for weeks. None of the prescription and non-prescription creams and moisturisers worked and some made it worse. As my GP suspected it was likely to be seborrhoeic dermatitis, after reading the reviews I bought this ISDIN gel and (after first washing with a moisturising cleanser, non-perfume and non-soap) I used it for the first time last night. I woke up with skin much improved - no itchiness, almost zero flakiness and not so red. Amazing result, so far. Expensive, but a little goes a long way and easy to apply.

I have very sensitive skin and my face goes red and burns with most moisturisers. This doesn't do that which is great, but it does leave your skin a little greasy afterwards, not a deal breaker but not ideal. Other than that does leave you skin more moisturised so does the job as advertised!

This cream is the only one I found that works ,I have tried loots and lots of others they tend to be greasy and increase the redness and then start the skin to flake after a few days and can spread making it even worse.This cream worked straight away non greasy and calmed my itchiness straight away used for two days and all was perfect, I only use it now infrequently and when after being stressed I can feel the itchiness maybe returning but for now it hardly ever happensSo pleased I found this cream you must try it and i hoe it is as good for you as it was for me
