Delivers Rated Output Reasonably Cleanly
I hooked this up to a load and drove it nice and hard, 30V 5A. I "only" saw a couple hundred mV of noise on the output, and when delivering 150W the PSU only consumes 175W, so it is quite efficient. The case never became warm during my hour-long test. The fan is always on and somewhat loud, but I didn't expect thermostatic control at this price point.This is my second NICE-POWER product. The 120VDC 3A unit I purchased previously was also a bargain that has performed admirably. For applications like LED strips, ZVS drivers, or electroplating, the slight noise on their outputs isn't a problem.

Fine to keep riding mower battery healthy and charged.
Small and unobtrusive.

Affordable but not very robust
So far this DC power source has done well; however I have been using this power source for low voltage and amperage between 3-5 volts and .5 to 1.5 amps.
