InstaDeck® Outdoor Flooring Tropical Walnut Kit

I got 4 sets, one box 3 of the frames were missing complete parts of the latching system. One of the impacted frames also had a crack in it looking like it hadn’t been properly formed. Other sets the latches were cut poorly and so either wouldn’t stay latched or had plastic that hadn’t been complete cut which impacted the latching mechanisms. I have reached out about swapping out the 3 impacted and will adjust my review if that’s addressed but would still say maybe 2 or 3 stars due to the cost of the product and poor quality

The base clips need to be made stronger. 1/8 snapped as I was clipping them in. Getting headache trying to return this product.

5 stars for the product 1 star for shipping. These come in two boxes one for the panels and one for the boards. Out of the 4 kits I bought 2 of them didn't come with the boards and I had to return them for a replacement. The two I sent back already had return labels from the last person who got them and returned them too. So while I wait on my 2 replacements I'm hoping I won't need to return them too

We had read all the reviews and decided to roll the dice on them. We have ordered quite a few of them (still need some more) and none of the tabs were broken and did not snap off during installation. We made sure to seat one side before stepping down on the other side to assure proper alignment and reduced the chances of breaking the clips. The only issues are a bit of flash on some parts, but not a big deal, one plank had a chip and thought it would be too much of a hassle to send it back (just going to have to live with it), and only being able to order a few at a time ... which means it's going to take f-o-r-e-v-e-r to finish. Delivery people were great since they made sure to try to hide the extremely large boxes from public view.
