I mix it with a little water with a small electric whisk and add more water. It does settle so you have to swirl the cup every so often. Taste is a bit fruity so not that bad. Not too sweet but it does leave a bad aftertaste on the back of my tongue. It also makes your pee really yellow from vitamin B. At $1.50 a serving it is pricey.
