Bought this to use at church to provide coffee before and after the service. It replaces an elderly machine which had given much faithful service at our church but which finally conked out. I looked for a replacement which would be sturdy and easy to use, and so far this machine fits the brief. It's straightforward to use, easy to clean, looks good and make decent coffee.

This an easy and quiet machine. Just follow the instructions and you will have hot quick coffee. Brilliant to be able to programme the time you want the coffee, so easy to do, keeps coffee hot instead of luke warm. So happy and very satisfied.

I am something of a filter coffee addict and my old machine stopped working and I was horrified to find they were no longer making them so, after searching around, I bought this. It is robust and makes excellent filter coffee. I think the programming is a little too complex and after two months I am still not sure of all the settings (I like a slower drip and the instructions imply you set it each time, but the indicator seems to stay on). It has plenty of capacity, is easy to clean, and the jug is robust and I don't think will break that easily. It keeps the coffee hot for 2 hours and keeps good flavour and then switches off automatically, or you can turn it off manually before that. It brews quite quickly, and you have controls for a faster or slower drip--I think! There are other options for turning on automatically if you want to get up to fresh coffee but I've never used these. Overall, I'm very happy with it I just don't use most of the programmable functions. After two months of use, I certainly have no regrets in buying this.

This coffee maker works well. I especially love all the features like setting the timer for morning.

Very pleased with this coffee maker! Easy to use and has a 2 hour auto shut-off, unlike the rest of those on the market with a 40 minute timer. The coffee remains hot and restarting the timer is just a simple push of a button. This machine appears to be of a higher quality to those I have had to purchase in the past. It is more expensive but worth the outlay.

After lots of searching I picked this option. The coffee comes out as my previous coffee maker so no difference in quality.However, there is a filter in the water tank which will need replacing at some point. I expect it's there to help with water quality and therefore make a decent coffee, but I'm in a supersoft water area so I doubt I need it, except the coffee maker won't function without it. I'll have to wait to see if it starts telling me it needs replacing.Also, my old machine kept the coffee hot for 4 hours and this is only 2 hours, the longest period I could find, but as it's half what I'm used to I either need to drink more frequently or make much smaller lots (which will use up more coffee filters). I know filters are a choice but are much easier to clean.Generally, it's a good machine and easy to use

Really love this coffee machine. Very easy to use and clean. The coffee is piping hot and remains so for the two hours as stated. The machine beeps when ready and also when it is about to turn off. Highly recommend.
