Shutters are high quality and reasonably easy to install, make sure your measurements are precise, mine were a little off so I had to widen the frame of my window slightly (with a hammer) but you can do wonders with spackle and paint. Instructions are vague even the video is hard to interpret but overall it’s a quality product, make sure you have plenty of putty and spackle but it looks better than the ones that were professionally installed

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend! This window treatment completely upgraded our home. I first installed it in my son’s room, the powder room, and the piano room and loved it so much that I’m now ordering for the master bedroom and bathroom. Honestly, I want it for the whole house! 👉 Quick tip: don’t overtighten the screws near the window. If you leave them just a little loose, the door closes much more smoothly. I also want to thank the service team—they were incredibly kind and responsive, even during their vacation, and patiently handled all my picky requests. Truly impressed with both the product and the service!!!!!

First off keep in mind these are vinyl plastic. 100% except for the hardware. They are also hollow. So if you think you can trim these on the frames with a saw to fit your space think again. Make sure your measurements are exact or maybe a little smaller. Fill gaps with caulk or spacers if necessary. Having said that, they feel like plastic but they are assembled well and they are sturdy. I put them in a bathroom near the shower so I actually wanted something that would not rot or warp. So for me they work great. I just wouldn't have been so pleased to put them in my living room. There was a problem with my order that was addressed very quickly by the seller and a replacement was received a couple of weeks later. It had to clear customs which surprised me because I thought they were US made. I guess not. Not sure where they are made. Regardless, the error was caused by the manufacturer so the replacement was no charge. Just disappointed with having to wait for the installation and completion. Communication from the seller was very good. Overall I'm pleased with the experience and support and for the right location they are just fine.

I was first impressed by the great communication during the short production period. Then the shutters arrived in fantastic custom packaging. Then, the custom sizes that I ordered fit perfectly. They installed easily and had great directions to follow. But most of all, the shutters are really well made and solid. I’m very happy with my purchase and highly recommend them.

I have nothing but good things to say about my purchase. The shutters are a superior product at a bargain price. My research was thorough, and I pestered the seller with lots of questions. Everything was answered in short order. Ordering was not too difficult once I had all my window dimensions together. One window had less depth than the other so we used a different style there. All the windows fit perfectly and seem to be sturdy. Coming home every day to shutters on the front of my house is wonderful. What a great investment these were.

We almost bought from a contractor but decided to look at online options before we paid the deposit. I am so glad I checked. Our order was delivered fast and installation was easy. We had one window with weird molding and I was given several options and recommendations that made sense. Our windows were so dull before and have been totally transformed. See photo attached.

I installed these in the florida room on a small window. They came quickly. They were easy to install and look good. Only draw back is the hinge pins aren't out of sight.

I am enjoying the beauty these shutters bring to my new remodeled room. However, they are not perfect on all sides of the windows the gaps are larger in some areas than others. The panels seem lighter and will not close as tight on some parts of one or more of the shutters as well. I have not figured how to resolve the gaps yet. However, I plan to purchase again in a much larger size this year. In addition, I really like that I can open one portion of my shutters without opening the whole shutter! Any suggestions on the gaps, please let me know. I would recommend along with acknowledging the issues I listed above.
