Just what I was looking for.
The shawl is beautiful I just wish it was longer. The appearance, color, weight, and feel of the material are all perfect for a evening wedding in September.

Excellent value for the price, but beware of color differences from what it looks like online
PROS: This is a nice scarf, has some weight to it. A few loose threads but nothing that can't simply be clipped off. I was very impressed with the quality for the price point. It is soft and silky; not particularly warm fabric but warm when wrapped around your neck because there is so much material. Large enough to be wrapped around the shoulders as well, although the fabric is too silky to "stick" to itself in order to stay closed.CONS: The navy is a beautiful color, but there is *much* more gold color in the navy scarf than it appears online. In the picture, the paisleys look silvery/taupe/almost a light olive, but it is definitely a dark gold; in fact, the entire opposite side of the navy scarf is gold. When wrapped around the shoulders, the navy is only across your back, with the paisleys on the ends front and center. You can't really tell you're wearing a navy scarf from the front, which is the whole reason I bought it (gold is NOT my color). Wrapped around your neck, it takes some fussing to make the navy show. I really wish the front *and* back were navy, as I think this would solve at least part of the problem. Since no matter how I wear it, it appears to be a gold scarf with a hint of navy rather than a navy scarf with some muted silver/olive accent colors, I don't know how often I will actually be wearing this unfortunately, and I am really disappointed it isn't what I thought it would look like. Regardless of what color you buy, pay close attention to the outer ends of the scarf because that is what will mostly be showing, and know that what you see isn't necessarily what you get.
