Yay! Healthy Oyster sauce for my stir-fry
delicious and so much healthier than standard oyster sauce. When I stopped using sauces which contained sugar and chemicals, I really missed oyster sauce. It's great with beef (which I don't eat anymore) but what I really love is to put a little in Chinese broccoli or with any veggie stir fry. This is perfect

Tastes great and NO allergic reaction!
I have a gluten sensitivity and did not have a reaction using this product. The flavor is spot on and in using it to make Thai inspired Pineapple fried rice the end product was amazing, it tasted just like what I get at my favorite Thai restaurant.
