Awesome product but they were delivered by FedEx and of course showed up late and I paid for expedited shipping. Amazon did refund my shipping costs

Works great
Has been working perfectly since installed about 3 months ago, even in 110 degree heat. A little difficult to install in our 5th wheel but that's the rigs design issue not product.

Bait and switch
Amazon advertised XFan RMD 1238B fan ($74.00) and then shipped me Mechatronics R1238M 12B (which can be bought anywhere on internet for $10-$15 dollars each. I Called Amazon on 11/19/21 and explained issue, they told me they would reorder the proper X Fan.On 11/28/21 received two replacements ant they were the exact same Mechatronics R1238M 12B that are nothing but low cost replacements for what they were picturing/advertising on their website.No they are so profitable- how many other customers. We’re dipped by this scam ( advertise and charge $74.00 for fan and then ship inferior $10.00-$15.00 item - great profit, but totally dishonest!Think twice before ordering from Amazon and thoroughly review what they provide you when it’s received.
