They r large to swallow and kind of expensive but worth it if they work. How about reducing price by $5 if don't include plastic pill box?

Okay, so we all know growing up isn't all it's cracked up to be, right? I mean, no one told me I'd need supplemental eye vitamins just to read the small print on Amazon! But here I am, with my new PRO-Optic Traditional eye health supplements, hoping to get 20/20 vision back, at least enough to read the subtitles on my favorite K-dramas! These capsules have all the fancy stuff the scientists say I need - Lutein, Zeaxanthin, plus some good ol' Vitamin C and E. I appreciate that it's a zinc-free formula cause who actually needs more metal in their life? The best part - just one capsule per day! As much as the kid in me would love to report instant superhero-like eyesight, I’m still adulting and not expecting miracles overnight. It’s only been a short while so fingers crossed. Will report back if I start seeing things as crystal clear as a Pixar movie!

My eye doctor has recommended Lutein & Zeaxanthin supplements for my eyes for over 20 years. I really like that with these I only need 1 capsule per day. They are a little hard for me to swallow, but I usually have difficulties swallowing pills, especially capsules. This is also the ingredients that my doctor suggested. I don't have any problems digesting them and they don't have any bad aftertaste. They also have a long shelf life. This is a nice convenient 90-day size, so 1 bottle lasts for a long time. Also, at $0.39 per pill/daily dose, these are an excellent value. So far I have been very pleased. I highly recommend these.

This supplement for eye health is a research backed formula from the AREDS 2 study. I’m hoping it will improve my eyesight as it’s definitely gone down hill as I’ve gotten older. While this is to be expected, I’m hoping for improvement as I’ve just started this product a week ago. I like that it doesn’t contain zinc or copper as I already get enough from my multivitamin. It has the 2 big nutrients I look for in an eye supplement: lutein and zeaxanthin. The extra vitamins C and E are an added plus for eyes. I like that it’s only one capsule a day and a 90 day supply. Recommended.

The balance of the two, 10 mg lutein and 2 mg zeaxanthin is what is normally recommended. That's what this supplement has, so only one capsule a day is needed. Capsules are easy to swallow. It's suggested they're taken with a meal. I take mine at night, but I usually eat a snack or two immediately afterwards, so not a meal, but food. Clean ingredients, but this product is not vegetarian since the capsules are made from gelatin, and they don't specify whether it's bovine or porcine. My bottle has a good expiration date of 05/25. They will be used up WAY before that date.
