- STEEPING GUIDE- Heat 150-165 ml of water at 80℃ -85℃. Add 1 tso or 2 g of the matcha tea in a cup or bowl, pour hot water over it and whisk it with a bamboo chasen. Steep for 1-2 mins. Drink plain or add honey as per taste. Can be consumed with ice.
