SO happy with purchase. Packaging was lovely and the unit is so easy to use. I am very fair skinned and the major (unkown to me at time of purchase) benefit to me is the 2 precancerous lesions on my face are gone after 2 weeks of daily use! I am so thrilled with that result alone. That tells me that this product is good eliminating any future skin cancers as well.I'm seeing some benefit to skin elasticity and slight decrease in wrinkling. I know with continued use that will be better as I am about 5 weeks into using product almost daily.I highly reccomend this product!

I have another red light device but I needed a more travel-friendly one.So far this one seems legit- I just wish I could test the power density to confirm the treatment dose. Maybe the manufacturer would be so kind as to post a photo of a solar meter test result? They did state their dose is at 4.7 j/cm2 but it's hard to trust companies these days...Either way, I'll keep testing it out and update my results on here.After about 10 minutes of use the lights do get slightly warm, which actually is a good sign that the device is outputting enough power to be effective.

This hand held red light product is fairly easy to use. It automatically cuts off after 10 minutes. I had to keep resetting it so I could do a treatment on my whole face. I have noticed a slight improvement in fine wrinkles after using it EVERY DAY!

Although this product may not work for some (like me), once I contacted customer service, they suggested I try a little longer and gave me additional tips. After almost 60 days, I requested a refund again and the money was refunded within days!

We love this Red light device! I do see wrinkle reduction, and some lifting/ tightening after two months @ 3x a week use. My face looks better! I purchased this machine to treat my problem areas at home. I am very happy with my progress using this device. My husband is using it too, and he feels loose skin is tightening on his neck. It is very easy to use, and turns off after each cycle of a treatment. I put serum on after I treat my face.

Only worked for 2 months. It is supposed to come in when it touches the skin but it only works periodically.

I haven't seen results yet, but the customer service has been very helpful in trying to help trouble shoot my skin issues. I really appreciate any company that will stand behind their product and go out of their way to help customers. It's really easy to use and the size is great for more coverage compared to a lot of other light therapy devices, it holds a charge for multiple sessions too. Try to be patient and consistent!

The product is fine but, although the label on the box is in English, the labels on the device and the operating instruction booklet is all in Chinese. I do not speak Chinese, and have had to google for some English operating instructions on how to use it. Can you please send me an operation instruction booklet in English to make sure that I am using it as per manufacturers recommendation
