Knitted Fairy Tales: Delightful and Enchanting Characters to Make Paperback – 31 Mar. 2016

Some nice patterns, I have made the woodland fairies and mermaid so far. Would have given 5 stars but was unaware that some patterns need three needles! As a novice I found this quite daunting but the instructions were clear enough for me to follow and I am happy I managed to finish it and am pleased with the result, in fact I have two more orders from my granddaughter and niece!

This book is adorable! and the toys are easy but pleasurable to make! Definitely my favourite book for knitting toys. I haven't used the suggested wool as its on the expensive side but used bits out of my stash. The only thing I would complain about is the lack of instruction for some of the dolls faces and the fact the book doesn't tell you how big the completed project will be. I'm currently making the mermaid doll which is gorgeous and approx 30cm tall. There is also Fairies, an ogre, a dragon, a knight, a genie in a lamp and a princess to name a few.
