The ricest rice ever
I personally really enjoy this rice. I've been eating it for a while, and it does what rice should do. Don't know about airtight storage, but don't think that's really really necessary as long as it is sealed and free of contaminants (bugs), which it has been so far (very little of the bag left). I don't know when it will be back in stock because of you know what virus, and international trade (especially food) being restricted. Anyway, works great for me. I rinse it six times (which you are supposed to for the best rice, no matter what kind you get), add more water than needed, bring it to a boil, then reduce to low heat for as long as it takes for the water to cook off. Sometimes leaving it an extra fifteen minutes without heat, makes excellent rice. I am a sommelier, which I am just saying to let you know I have a good nose, but have never really noticed pre-cooked rice having anything worth smelling beside a rice smell that it all has. It's rice. What do you want from it? It's going to be better as a filler to whatever food you are eating with it. That being said, I usually add olive oil (or any high quality cooking oil/butter), and a little salt before bringing it to a boil to add to it. Also, you can add cumin or a very small amount of tumeric (which makes it a beautiful color and adds a little flavor to it), to make it extra special. Enjoy the rice when it's back in stock!

Good value and equal to the Goya’s Basmati 20lb bag
Great taste and cooks well. Good value. I’m comparing it to the Goya's basmati rice.

Okay Rice.
This Basmati White Rice in a 10 pound bag was a good buy. The only problem I have with the product is that even though the outside bag is a nice made canvas bag with a zipper, the inside plastic bag was not sealed and rice was loose in bag and hard to get out. Also, you will need to rinse this rice before cooking as there seems to be a lot of starch. I like it best when it doesn't stick together so much! Otherwise this rice is Okay!

This is the best rice on Amazon I think.
many Rice brands that is more expensive than this seems like extortion so I cant really compare against them. Otherwise this rice is The rice to get at this budget from Amazon from someone who is a bit of a rice Connoisseur here

BETTER THAN BROWN RICE
I have tried both Basmati white and brown rice. The brown takes longer to cook and I just found out brown rice has lots more arsenic than white rice. The brown also takes longer to cook and the texture is not as nice as the white. The white cooks less time and is better when you fluff up with a fork.
