Excellent 1” metal handle 18 inch broom adapter. I used my own rivets that are one size greater in diameter. This provided a more secure and sturdier connection. They still fit through the pre-drilled holes (with a little reaming with a Phillips screwdriver). This worked quite well on a new decent broom that I just purchased from Walmart which instantly broke at the adapter which was plastic. I made the metal broom handle perfectly round by tapping with a hammer and sandpapered the ends so it would easily insert into the adapter which fit perfectly. The holes of the adapter were perfectly centered and beveled for the supplied screws if you wish to use on a wooden handle. Those screws are approximately #8-10 x 1/2”. I would suggest using a larger size which I believe the beveled hole would except otherwise I would drill out to accommodate a larger screw. Much better than buying an entirely new pushbroom. Great solution.

Works perfectly as a replacement for a broken plastic ferrule. Appears to be solidly constructed and attractively priced.

Product is fine in construction. Just be careful it will fit your broom handle. Not just the 1" size, but whether the threads which actually go into the broom part.

Worked great to replace broken one on a garage broom.
