No one would ever be able to shape this mouth guard to fit the teeth as pictured. It's far too thick. It's difficult to sleep with this in the mouth as it's large, I tried the larger and the smaller sizes and same results.Also the vendor sends a card in the shipment asking the customer to leave a 5 star review, screen shot the review and send it to a provided email. In return you're to receive a $20 Amazon gift card. This seems sketchy and surprised it's allowed by Amazon.

The product its so good and it comes with a pair of small ones for kids too , i really enjoy this product .

This product doesn’t mold to your teeth at all. I heated water hotter than recommended and the plastic never softened. The mouth guards are huge and gag you. It’s never going to stay in my mouth overnight. Waste of money.

Both the adult and child guards are very big. I had to cut a lot off just to get them to fit. Once we got them the shape we needed, they were too uncomfortable to wear
