Q: Crackling sound on call?

Not using it for phone calls note for health monitoring and it does pretty ok with that side of things the honest answer is you get what you pay for it's not a high end smart watch it does what it says on the tin for a pretty reasonable price .

Hi. When I got mine had the same problem the first evening, wrist detection stopped working.. got so frustrated it broke on first day of having it, but later on figured out that it stops working from 10p.m until 8a.m for some reason

Do it from dashboard on your app. Press More by battery icon, then the settings cog. Notifications , add all you need.

Q: How do you get this to track your sleep? Mine just shows no data the next morning

As long as you're wearing the watch it should track your sleep patterns, open your app and make sure it is synchronised, your data should all be there.
