Ordered 2 of these for the Summer bug invasion.Got them promptly from the seller , removed them from the packaging (Box with 4 Air bags) and noticed one of the mesh areas on the zapper area was bent into the other side creating a short that constantly popped when the unit was activated. Attempted to "Repair" the metal area, by bending it GENTLY into place, Tried activating it again and it does nothing.All it is now is a low powered rather expensive flashlight.If this is the normal for the shipping?Buy something else, gambling on if the item will arrive in working order is not worth it.

Not good for wasps and bees!
Good for flies and mosquitoes, but not bees or wasps. Bought this for my son who is highly allergic to and super paranoid of wasps and bees. Have hit a bumble bee, a hornet and a few wasps with it and all it does is stun them for a moment. It would be great if you're going to use it for lesser bugs.

Bug Zapper with USB Charge
My zapper with USB Charger arrived in a timely manner with no delays. Unpackaging the bug zapper with USB Charger was like opening a gift on Christmas morning. You can see the zapper was packaged in a carrying case with the USB Charger attached, so that it could be found easily. I didn’t have to worry about any parts or pieces being lost along the way. It was a great purchase to help with pesky flies.

This product is not your average fly swatter, it comes with usb charger so no batteries included, and has a built in light so perfect for summer nights! Highly recommend, love how I can just charge it up to use!

Easy to use, works great!
This bug zapper works extremely well. It came packaged nicely and definitely gets rid of bugs very easily. I would recommend this product to anyone dealing with bug issues. The only recommendation I would add it making the charger chord longer. It's not terribly short but would make it easier if it were longer.

Great purchase!
Upon opening I was impressed with the packaging. It comes with a case that the zapper can go into when it is not in use. The search light on the zapper is bright and very helpful. I thought I was buying a regular electric zapper but this product exceeded my expectations!

The bug zapper was very easy to use
The bug zapper was very easy to use, we live near a horse park so flying bugs are often an issue for us. Now on buggy days we can sit outside and enjoy ourselves with the help of our zapper!
