Product good but didn’t supply a plug so had to order an adaptor which I thought wasn’t great. Arrived on time and no other problems

I love ninja so had high hopes for this grill. However, it’s a US import so you’ll need a US to UK plug adapter. However, during the first use the element blew. Was able to return for a refund but I am out of pocket from the plug adapter and sorting suitable packaging to return the postage. Don’t bother if you live in the UK.

You cannot use this in the uk without a transformer which is half the size of the grill. It is dangerous to plug this into the UKs electric system and could catch fire.I have reported this to Amazon and they are still selling it. Shocking in all ways.

Amazon should not allow anyone in the UK to purchase. It is not compatible without a large voltage converter and confusing for the average person without electrical knowledge. Very poor for Amazon..

Product looks good, i ordered for my mum and it was sent with an American plug,Shes not physically able to return product and they are stuck with a grill with 110 plug, i need a 240 for it to work.

Not sure the point of offering these to the uk. They are not dual voltage so won’t work on 240v

Shut the whole kitchen down as on a USA plug and not for uk

It is not dual voltage, very dangerous to plug it
