I was actually shocked at how badly I reacted to this. I followed the instructions exactly as they say, and watched a video beforehand to make sure I was doing it right. It took 3 strips to try and get it all off my upper lip and even still I had to tweeze some spots in that sensitive area which sucked. Afterwards I had a numb/burning sensation on my upper lip for about 24 hours. The next day it was red and a bit puffy, and 2 days after I had a breakout of 13 (!!!) tiny white heads exactly where the strips were placed. It took 6 days for the breakout to heal and my skin on my upper lip to look normal again. I threw the rest of the strips away and would not recommend this product at all. I’m obviously sensitive to something in the strips but have had my eyebrows waxed many time throughout my life without the irritation and breakouts.The only reason I even tried these was because I got a new iPhone (WOW do they have a good camera) and saw for the first time ever that I had some fine hairs giving me a nice little Stache. My family and friends said they have never seen it or noticed so I wish I wouldn’t even have tried this product.If you want to try it anyways I would HIGHLY suggest you do it when you don’t have plans for up to a week just in case you experience what I did. This product is amazing!! After reading all the one star reviews I decided to tell you all what's really happening:1. Very easy to use and very portable it is tiny. I can do this so inconspicuously in my office2. Yes there is a residue but literally all you need is so type of oil and it comes RIGHT OFF (I use coconut oil)2(a) the aloe cream provided is more than enough. A little bit goes a long way. It also soothes reddened area.3. Make sure the area is clean. Do NOT use alcohol AFTER or it will burn your skin.4. If you go over the area multiple times then there is a chance you will peel some of your skin. DONT DO IT MORE THAN TWICE IN ONE AREA.5. I suggest you make sure the wax is "melted" and easy to separate..that makes adhesive grab hold to the hairs.6. Smooth the strip over the area good...and then keeping your skin taught, pull off in opposite direction of hair growth.7. Trust you will not realize how hairy your are until its all on the strip.Lastly it is a wax so Even if you go to professional you are going to be red...but eventually it goes away.I use this on my lip, chin. IT REALLY WORKSPLEASE NOTE : I do not have "fine" hair. And it still gets that hair (see pic) I am ordering again.

This product only works for hair is longer than one or 1 1/2 mm. If you are a lady, you know that even half a millimeter is too long for mustache hair!

Works as expected, but have to let hair grow waaaay too long before I can use it and My upper lip and chin hairs are like hard black wire! Maybe better for blonde hair or gray hair. My sensitive skin doesn't like wax. That said, I think it's a fantastic idea, works as described, adorable design, aloe after cream is nice, easy to use, just didn't work for me.

Did not work as great as expected. Used on upper lip. Have used multiple times now and just does not get the hair off well. Have to go over the same area more than once, which is very painful. Or do it again another day. Overall would not recommend and I won't be repurchasing.

Easy to use in a pinch. The quality is great and removes majority of the hair. Also comes with an aloe cream that works great for my sensitive skin.

I was so excited to try this product after I saw it on Shark Tank. I have a light mustache on my upper lip and have been dry-shaving it for years. But this product was extremely disappointing.1) the instructions were hard to read because of the tiny print. I had to use a magnifying glass in addition to my glasses.2) you have to wait until your hairs are at least 5 mm long, which is longer than I like my mustache to be.3) It did not work. I tried 3 times with different strips, following the printed instructions as well as the video. A few hairs were stuck to the tape, but most of them were still on my upper lip.4) It left a sticky residue that did not come off even after washing twice with soap and warm water.I could put up with everything if it works. But it doesn't, so I am returning it.
