I ordered and received the product in the mail pretty fast. Installation was pretty simple, like any other screen protector. Since it is tempered glass, I treated it with care like it was the screen to my phone. However, about about a week of usage, there was a chip/crack on the bezel edge of my Note 8 by the volume buttons. I never dropped it or roughed up my phone and have no idea how it happened. So it spread quickly. Also, some of the buttons I noticed that I had a hard time pressing with protector on was near the bottom right bezel edge of my screen, which contain some essential buttons for texting. I was not happy with the product and elected to order a screen protector that is not glass. Due to the bezel in the Note 8, I don't think there would be any good tempered glass screen protectors that would not crack easily.

Edges don’t stick it seems that they stopped the adhesive material before the edge of the protectors , all 250 reviews that have been made up they come from within days of each other from 16th to the 19th. Not a single review is a verified purchase.Should have looked a bit closer at the reviews before I bought it. I thought it was a good product because the reviews stated that it sticks and doesn’t come up but somethings are too good to be true.

Went through application steps... never felt snug (as you could still reposition it) also it made clicking noises at top and bottom when pressing down (as it would stick and then unstick)... phone didn't register selections as well after application... and not a very good privacy screen when viewing from certain directions... a waste

Of course, when I get up the heart and have the time to notify this company that my screen protector cracked the same day I put it on. It has continually cracked, it will crack from just putting it in my pock, in my purse, doesn't matter, just sitting there it cracked. It's so bad now, I tried to recall if this was a Lifetime warranty screen protector, NOPE, I was wrong. It says that yesterday, March 21, 18 was my last day to get a refund or replacement. I pre-ordered my Samsung Note-8 in October 17 and I've purchased 2 screen protectors that weren't worth my money nor putting it on my expensive phone. So, yet again, I have to purchase another screen protector. I think I'm going to go with a company that has a life time replacement warranty but that makes me think that if you have to keep replacing it, then the company already knows that their screen will crack...UGGG. Do not purchase this, waste of your time and money.

this product high rating could be misleading (reason why i bought the product) I gave the product a one star. it's very easy to install, however it does not stay flat on the screens surface, there's a little gap can be seen, and therefore the sensitivity greatly reduced. had press hard on the screen. not recommended

ladies and gentlemen, I gave a star because I can not give less, that product is a garbage the glue that brings is only on the sides a very thin layer and creates a vacuum in the whole cell where it is impossible to work effectively, my recommendation is that nobody buy this product. I have a Galaxy Note8

Horrible screen protecter, wish I could give 0 stars. I got fooled by all the "Good reviews" which I'm sure they paid for. Barely stuck to my screen and made the screen sensitivity horrible. It was so hard to text, tap to select, copy and paste. The screen was barelyu responsive with this thing on!! It kept lifting on the edges as well. Trying to get a refund. Save your time and money

Terrible product. Does not adhere good to the screen, does not go all the way to the edge therefore there is always a gap on the left and right edge of the screen which lifts easily and cracks. Broke the first day with minimal use. I do not recommend this product at all.
