This is an excellent product. It’s lightweight and doesn’t weigh my hair down, which is something I always worry about with styling products. It helps smooth my hair while also protecting it from heat when blow drying or styling. A little goes a long way, and it leaves my hair feeling soft, manageable, and healthy without looking greasy or heavy. It also has a nice, clean scent that isn’t overpowering. Overall, this is one of those products that just works consistently well. If you’re looking for something to protect your hair while keeping it smooth and moisturized, this is definitely worth trying. Anything that helps my hair behave a little better in the morning deserves five stars in my book.

This product is for my daughter that has the thickest red hair ever. she uses heat on her hair just about everyday and since using this product her hair stays looking so healthy, silky and soft. She only has to use 2 pumps for all her hair and she uses it once a day at night after her shower. This bottle last usually about 2 months. The product consistency is thick but very easy to apply evenly. Does not leave her hair greasy, stiff or sticky. Also leaves no build up. The smell is light and pleasant. She has been using this for years because of how great it does at protecting her hair. This is a great product.

First let me say, I have blonde very fine textured hair. But I have a lot of it. Every product I have ever tried in the past has left my hair feeling and looking greasy and dull and felt like I had a film on my hair. And actually seemed to attract more build up over a shorter amount of time. I went to a new hair stylist and she used this on my hair. What caught my attention was this smelled wonderful so I asked her what she was using. I came home and purchased it because my hair looked and felt great. But mostly it was about the smell. I use one pump on damp hair before I comb my wet hair out. I always let my hair air dry about 80% before I blow dry it straight. It detangles so well btw. My hair has some natural wave to it and I wash my hair 2-3 times a week. This stuff right here makes my hair feel wonderful! It does not weigh down my fine hair at all! My hair doesn’t feel greasy or weighed down. It is shiny and it does not build up and make my hair get dirty between washings. And it washes out completely. I can also use this and let my hair completely air dry and it produces the softest waves when I want my hair wavy. I just love this stuff….period!

I researched hair heat-protecting products and Chi kept coming up as an affordable option. I've been very pleased with it, it's not sticky and makes my hair look nice and shiny with no frizz. I have a sensitive scalp and many products make me itch. This doesn't and makes my hair soft after using it before drying with a hot brush. I'll keep buying it.

I got these to try when they were at a bargain price and wish I'd snagged more. They're awesome! A couple pumps finger-combed into my freshly washed hair before I blow dry it leaves me with a soft, manageable mane that looks and feels silky smooth. I even like the smell of this product! These 2 oz bottles are perfect for traveling with, too. I hope to find them on deal again before I run out.

I have dry, gray, color treated hair. I put this product on damp hair and I can blow dry and curl and my hair is not frizzy or dry looking. It's important to put it on before your hair dries too much. I used three pumps on shoulder length hair. I avoid putting it on the roots of hair. The smell is not overwhelming and a little peppery, which I don't mind.
